The Toccoa Riverfront Cabin

This was our third stay in this community and the first stay at this house. It’s was lovely. Very clean! Wonderful views and access to the water for fishing.Just as a reminder, as it’s stated in the description, the terrace level does not have indoor access to the main level. It took some discussion for our family to decide who would sleep down there and have to walk outside to come up stairs to the kitchen for their coffee in the morning. But no one minded. Also, just for logistics in planning, the only bathroom on the main level is through the bedroom. Again, not an issue for us at all, but just to take into consideration for sleeping arrangements. We love this area and can’t wait to go back!!

This place is such a gem. I stayed here for only two nights but will be staying here a lot more in the future. Super communicative host with a very clean property that has a fabulous view!

Great location, very clean and comfortable!

This cabin was great. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were all a good size, and easily accommodated our family of 6. There were plenty of activities between the fire pit, horseshoes, corn hole, and hot tub. The view of the river was spectacular. The views were amazing and really captured the beauty of this area.Greg was very easy to communicate with via VRBO. We were initially skeptical because we were dealing with the property manager for payment, but that is because the property is managed by Toccoa. Communication with Wyatt at Toccoa Properties was very easy as well, we were just leery because of scams we saw with other unrelated VRBOs. This was no scam and we would love to visit again.
