The Toccoa Riverfront Cabin

We enjoyed the house. It was very clean and the location by the river was very nice. The only thing that gave us a big surprise was that the bedrooms downstairs are not connected via an indoor staircase so those who stayed downstairs had to go outside each time they wanted to go up and down to their rooms. I would’ve appreciated knowing this before we rented the house. Thankfully, this time we were all adults so it wasn’t a big deal except when it rained but if I had had children with me it would’ve been a much bigger problem. Overall I highly recommend the house for adults. A nice amount of room for four, maybe six.

This place is such a gem. I stayed here for only two nights but will be staying here a lot more in the future. Super communicative host with a very clean property that has a fabulous view!

Great location, very clean and comfortable!

This cabin was great. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were all a good size, and easily accommodated our family of 6. There were plenty of activities between the fire pit, horseshoes, corn hole, and hot tub. The view of the river was spectacular. The views were amazing and really captured the beauty of this area.Greg was very easy to communicate with via VRBO. We were initially skeptical because we were dealing with the property manager for payment, but that is because the property is managed by Toccoa. Communication with Wyatt at Toccoa Properties was very easy as well, we were just leery because of scams we saw with other unrelated VRBOs. This was no scam and we would love to visit again.
